Sneaky Finger Dishes - 6 Medium

Our Sneaky Dishes set consists of six super comfortable incut dishes that are perfect for training hard on your home climbing wall but also fit kids hands incredibly well on more vertical walls.

These 6 rock climbing holds vary from small to a few medium in size. Use the standard carabiner in the photo to help with size estimates and never hesitate to reach out to me for any help either.

For the more experienced climbers, these dishes are highly versatile and make for good one-pad (finger pad) finger warm up routes on vertical walls, great v2-v6 problems on 10-25 degree overhangs, and v7+ on anything steeper. You will enjoy the tendon-friendly curves yet challenging pockets inside each hold. The added set screw to every hold ensure the dish won’t spin no matter how hard you are pulling.

For the kid rock climbers, these dishes will fit your hands really well and almost feel like a mini jug on a vertical wall. There are no sharp edges and the holds are comfortable and fun to climb on. Put these on a kids climbing wall going up to a tree fort for extra fun!

Like all Cryptic Climbing rock climbing holds, expect a semi-fine texture that is gentle on your skin but still offers solid friction. These are high-quality Polyurethane resin and every hold has zinc or stainless steel washer (s) built-in to the bolt/screw holes and are sanded flat on the back.

These are bolt-on holds, meaning they accept a standard 3/8" bolt that secures to a t-nut behind 3/4" plywood (this is a standard climbing setup).

Your order will be made-to-order in the USA (Springfield, Missouri). We will rush and try to get it shipped as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Expect 5-7 business days for holds to be manufactured, cured, sanded, and shipped.
